Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders ship from our warehouse at 2537 E Hammond Ave, Fresno, CA 93703.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Standard processing time for most equipment is 1 to 3 business days. This window allows our technical staff to perform final functional checks and securely crate or package the items for transit. We will notify you immediately of any unexpected delays.
Processing Notice: Multi-unit orders or heavy/oversized equipment requiring custom pallet packaging or wooden crating may require up to 3 business days to prepare before handover to the carrier.
US Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Packaging Standards
All pre-owned medical equipment is professionally packed to guarantee it arrives in the exact condition described. Our strict packaging standards include:
- Foam padding: Instapak® foam-in-place molding or thick polyethylene foam sheeting is used to isolate fragile electronics from external shocks.
- Anti-static: All sensitive circuit boards, monitors, and diagnostic instruments are wrapped in anti-static bags.
- Palletisation / Crating: Heavy equipment is secured onto standard wooden pallets with heavy-duty steel bands and shrink-wrapped, or packed inside custom wooden crates.
- Moisture barrier: Sealed plastic barriers protect shipments against weather and moisture during international ocean transit.
- Documentation: Each box includes a detailed packing slip, the final technical inspection checklist, and relevant user manuals.
Our team photographs all high-value items before sealing the packages. These visual records are archived for 30 days to resolve any transit damage disputes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
Tracking status updates typically show movement within 24 hours of package pickup. If your tracking page does not update for more than 3 consecutive business days, please contact our logistics team at info@reuse-medical.com so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
We take extreme care in packaging, but transit accidents can happen. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must take the following steps:
- 1Inspect the box: Note any visible damage to the outside of the box or pallet on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
- 2Take photos: Photograph the exterior packaging, label, and the damaged equipment inside before removing it.
- 3Contact us within 48 hours: Email the order number and photos to info@reuse-medical.com. Do not discard any packaging materials.
- 4Keep everything: Retain the box, crating, and padding. The carrier may require an onsite inspection to approve the insurance claim.
Crucial Requirement: Shipping damage claims must be submitted to us within **48 hours** of delivery. We cannot file claims with carriers or issue replacements for damage reported after this period.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For all international shipments, import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
We prepare all standard U.S. export documentation—including commercial invoices, packing lists, and AES filings. However, we cannot control or predict delays or charges assessed by the customs agency of the importing country.
Compliance Notice: We declare the actual purchase price on all customs documents. We do not under-declare values or mark items as gifts to bypass duties, as this violates international trade law.
Freight & Large Equipment Delivery
Large medical systems (surgical tables, patient beds, autoclaves, and ultrasound machines) are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. For LTL freight shipments, please note:
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate and monitored.
- Curbside Delivery: Standard LTL freight includes curbside delivery with liftgate. The driver is not authorized to move the pallet inside your facility or uncrate the equipment.
- Facilitate Unloading: Ensure your facility is equipped with a loading dock, pallet jack, or staff to move the pallet from the curb into your building.
- Inspection: Carefully inspect the shrink-wrap, straps, and wooden crating for signs of tipping or damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any discrepancies directly on the Bill of Lading.
