We inspect every item before it's listed and assign one of three condition grades. You'll see the grade clearly displayed on each product page — no surprises when it arrives.
Patient-Ready
Our highest grade. The item is fully functional, tested, cleaned, and ready for immediate clinical use. Think of it as the closest you'll get to "like new" without paying new prices.

Inspected

AS-IS

Add items directly to your cart, or use the "Make an Offer" option on eligible listings to propose a price. We respond to all offers within 2 business hours. Need multiple items or a custom order? Request a quote instead.
Checkout & Pay Securely
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer for larger orders. International buyers typically pay via wire transfer. Your payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We Prepare & Ship Your Order
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. We'll send tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Fresno facility. International orders include full export documentation.

Patient-Ready and Inspected items are tested and confirmed functional. Patient-Ready is the appropriate choice for direct clinical use. AS-IS items are not tested and should not be used in clinical settings without evaluation by a qualified biomedical technician.
We sell pre-owned and used equipment — not refurbished. Refurbished typically implies a manufacturer-level rebuild or OEM certification process. Our equipment is cleaned, inspected, tested, and honestly graded. We don't claim "like new" unless the item genuinely is.
Patient-Ready items include a limited 30-day DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. If an item stops working within 30 days of delivery through normal use, contact us and we'll resolve it. Inspected items have a limited 14-day DOA warranty. AS-IS items are sold without warranty.
Yes. Many listings include a "Make an Offer" option. Submit your offer and we'll respond within 2 business hours. For bulk orders or repeat purchasing, contact us directly — volume pricing is available.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If an item's condition was misrepresented in the listing, we'll arrange a return and full refund at no cost to you. This has happened very rarely — we take our grading seriously.
