Prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

Product descriptions, condition grades, and photographs are provided in good faith. We make every effort to ensure accuracy. Condition grades are assigned following our published grading standards.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that policy.

Reuse Medical Equipment does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a recommendation for specific clinical applications or patient use. Buyers are solely responsible for determining whether any purchased equipment is appropriate for their intended clinical use.

AS-IS items are sold without any warranty of functionality. These items must not be used in clinical or patient-care settings without independent evaluation by a qualified biomedical engineer or technician.

Patient-Ready and Inspected items have been tested as described in our condition grading documentation. However, buyers remain responsible for verifying equipment performance meets their clinical requirements prior to patient use.

Reuse Medical Equipment is not liable for any medical outcomes, patient harm, or regulatory violations arising from the use of equipment purchased through this Site.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Reuse Medical Equipment or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

Product names and brand names of medical equipment manufacturers (Philips, GE Healthcare, Baxter, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this Site is for identification purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reuse Medical Equipment makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Site's accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated in our condition grading documentation and product warranties.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Except as stated in our return policy and DOA warranties, all pre-owned equipment is sold without manufacturer warranty. Patient-Ready items carry a limited 30-day DOA warranty and Inspected items carry a limited 14-day DOA warranty as described in our Return Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reuse Medical Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reuse Medical Equipment, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fresno County, California.

Before initiating any legal action, we ask that you contact us directly at info@reusemedicalequipment.com to attempt resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
