Buying Equipment

Patient-Ready and Inspected items are tested and confirmed functional. Patient-Ready is the right choice for direct clinical use. AS-IS items haven't been tested and shouldn't be used clinically without evaluation by a qualified biomedical technician.

We sell pre-owned and used equipment — not refurbished. Refurbished typically means a manufacturer-level rebuild or OEM recertification process. Our equipment is cleaned, inspected, tested, and honestly graded. We don't use the word "refurbished" because we don't do that process.

Yes. Many listings include a "Make an Offer" option. Submit your offer and we'll respond within 2 business hours on weekdays. For bulk orders or repeat purchasing, contact us directly — volume pricing is available.

Yes. Contact us with the make, model, quantity, and condition grade you need. We respond within 24 hours and can often source specific models within 2 to 4 weeks.

Patient-Ready items include a 30-day DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. If an item stops working within 30 days through normal use, contact us and we'll resolve it. Inspected items have a 14-day DOA warranty. AS-IS items are sold without warranty.

Condition Grading

Patient-Ready is our highest condition grade. It means the item is fully functional, tested, cleaned, and ready for immediate clinical use. All cosmetic defects are photographed and documented in the listing. See our Patient-Ready Certification page for the full inspection checklist.

Inspected means the item has been tested and confirmed working. It may show more significant cosmetic wear than Patient-Ready. Every defect is clearly described in the listing. Suitable for most clinical settings. Comes with a 14-day DOA warranty.

AS-IS means the item has not been tested by our team. Condition is unknown. Best for parts harvesting, biomedical technicians, and experienced buyers who can evaluate the equipment themselves. These items are sold without warranty and are final sale — no returns.

Some items come to us in large lots where testing every piece isn't practical. Rather than guess, we grade them AS-IS and price them accordingly. Experienced biomedical buyers often prefer this — they can test and grade equipment themselves and get a better price on items that turn out to be working fine.

Shipping & Delivery

Most US orders ship within 2 to 5 business days from our Fresno, CA warehouse. Delivery time after shipping is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. Expedited options are available at checkout for most items.

Yes. We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. We handle all export documentation, customs paperwork, and freight coordination — air or sea. Visit our International Sales page for full details and to request a freight quote.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have a question about your shipment, contact us with your order number and we'll check on it directly.

Payment & Returns

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and wire transfer (T/T) for larger and international orders. All online payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Patient-Ready and Inspected items can be returned within 14 days if the item doesn't match the listing description. AS-IS items are final sale — no returns accepted. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue. See our full return policy for details.

Document any damage with photos immediately on arrival and contact us within 48 hours. Freight damage claims need to be reported quickly. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Selling Equipment

Yes. We buy from hospitals, clinics, dealers, and individuals. Submit your equipment list on our Sell With Us page for a free, no-obligation valuation within 1 business day.

Yes. Even non-functional equipment has parts value. Submit it on our Sell With Us page and we'll tell you what it's worth. Priced accordingly — but it's usually worth submitting rather than scrapping.

Once equipment is received and verified, payment is processed within 3 to 5 business days via ACH, wire transfer, or check — your preference.

International Buyers

We ship to 50+ countries across Africa, Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Not sure about your country? Ask us — if it's shippable, we'll find a way.

International orders are typically paid via wire transfer (T/T). A deposit confirms the order, with the balance due before shipment. Contact us to receive our banking details after your order is confirmed.

Yes. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, EEI (Electronic Export Information), and country-specific documentation where required. Our documentation package is designed to support smooth customs clearance in your country.
